Pittville Place plays host to stunning abstract art works

Pittville Place, Pittville Park in Cheltenham is displaying two stunning abstract paintings by accomplished local artists in the lobby of Albert House. Both works are for sale.
'The Lives of Others' is an oil on canvas by Plum Neasmith. Plum completed a BA in Fine Art at the University of Gloucestershire in 2008. This work is on loan from the University.
'After Stiffkey' (right) is an acrylic on canvas work by Bob Davison.
Bob is Head of Painting and Drawing at the School of Art, Media and Design at the University of Gloucestershire. This work is on loan from his personal collection.
Bob has been teaching at Cheltenham since '81. His works may be found in several offices in Cheltenham and two large works are on display in Gloucester Royal Hospital.
Broadway Heritage actively seeks out local artists in the areas surrounding their developments, displaying their work within the buildings, promoting their work and running charity art competitions – inviting local artists to portray the developments in the medium of their choice.
