Developer of Pittville Place, Pittville Park in Cheltenham, Broadway Heritage plc, has awarded the second annual Broadway Heritage Art Travel Prize of £500 to a gifted art student at the University of Gloucestershire.

Sightsavers International, global eye health charity, has received a donation of £250 from Broadway Heritage plc, on behalf of Evelyn Howson, winner of their recent Pittville Place Charity Art Competition. Evelyn is a member of the Cheltenham Art Society.

Pittville Place, Pittville Park, Cheltenham marked its Housewarming Celebrations on, Saturday 25th October. Mr Edward Gillespie, Managing Director of Cheltenham Race Course, was guest of honour at the occasion and, to commemorate the day, planted a flowering tree in the Pittville Place gardens overlooking Pittville Park.

Luxury Regency Style Apartments ‘Topping Out’ signals Pittville Place is on the way to completion
Pittville Place, a new luxury apartment scheme in Albert Road, Cheltenham has celebrated a milestone in construction with a traditional ‘Topping Out’ ceremony. The ceremony, which took place on Friday 30th November 2007, was presided over by the Reverend Gareth Lewis and Michael Hodges, Managing Director of Broadway Heritage plc, developers of the project.
Luxury Regency Style, Contemporary Living comes to Pittville Park
Broadway Heritage has broken ground on a development of new luxury Regency-styled apartments on the edge of Cheltenham’s historic Pittville Park. The development of Victoria and Albert Houses at Pittville Place will provide two new buildings, each containing eight spacious contemporary apartments with views over the Park in one direction and the Cotswold hills in the other. Construction is expected to be complete by February 2008.
